Frank Stella has been a staple for men’s clothing on the Upper West Side of Manhattan since 1981.
Started by Frank and his wife Stella in 1976 they opened a small men’s clothing store on 6th avenue. They opened the Upper West Side location in 1981 as their flagship store. In 2000 the 6th avenue store moved to a larger location on 7th avenue and 58th street at the New York Athletic Club.
Since 2000 the current owners have adapted to current fashion trends mixing a blend of classic business attire and casual sportswear. We have become a multi-brand specialty store carrying our own merchandise as well as specialty brands. We carry Mason’s of Italy, Robert Graham, Ted Baker, Haspel, Gran Sasso, and Jack Victor to name a few. We have outerwear tailored for us in Italy using Loro Piana fabric and carry our own line of dress shirts, ties and scarves.
Our kind and courteous staff is more than willing to answer any questions you may have. We have an excellent tailor on site with free tailoring to any of our regular priced merchandise.
